Sport played a huge part in my youth. But at just 15, a knee injury crushed my confidence and broke my dream of becoming a world-class sportsman. A year later, everything changed. Watching Jean-Claude Van Damme in ‘The Kickboxer’ reignited my passion for movement, strength, and discipline. I was committed to reshaping my physique and rebuilding my mindset.
I continued playing tennis at The Cumberland Lawn Tennis Club in West Hampstead, but focused more on weightlifting. By the time I was 20, my transformation was visible, and members and coaches began to notice.
One of the coaches, recovering from a knee injury, asked me for help. I created a customised plan to get her back to running pain-free. The success of that programme led to more clients reaching out, and that’s when the fitness business was born.
One referral after another, multiple clients began training with me at my private gym and in their homes. I now offer private gym personal training tailored to everyone, whether your goal is muscle building, injury recovery, or following a focused gym programme for fat loss.
