WHAT MEMBERSHIPS ARE THERE?
There are 3 memberships.
1: The full transformation is a holistic 12 month body shape, strength, flexibility, lifestyle, mental health, physiological health and knowledge transformation to look and feel your best in a way you can efficiently sustain for the rest of your life.
2: The January to July beach body is a 6 month transformation for those who want to have a flat stomach, defined arms and toned legs for their summer holiday without drastically cutting calories or risking failure in the long term due to a lack of strength, mobility or education.
3: The 3 month shred is for those who want to lose stubborn body fat and weight urgently in time for a wedding, beach holiday or other major event.

There is outdoor bike and e-scooter storage, hangers for coats and a loo inside the house.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Personal training clients must bring a clean towel, wear athletic attire and have clean shoes. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings are recommended rather than shorts, although shorts can be worn underneath. Shoes must be barefoot shoes, minimalist shoes or trainers. Weightlifting shoes are welcome. A jumper or long sleeve t-shirt should be worn to every session especially in the winter, with an optional layer underneath.
IS THERE A CHANGING ROOM?
Yes, private changing is available in the gym or inside the house.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is free on-site parking in the driveway.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Monday – Friday: 9am-8pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days.
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-3pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days or for the entire weekend.
