There is outdoor bike and e-scooter storage, hangers for coats and a loo inside the house.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Personal training clients must bring a clean towel, wear athletic attire and have clean shoes. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings are recommended rather than shorts, although shorts can be worn underneath. Shoes must be barefoot shoes, minimalist shoes or trainers. Weightlifting shoes are welcome. A jumper or long sleeve t-shirt should be worn to every session especially in the winter, with an optional layer underneath.
IS THERE A CHANGING ROOM?
Yes, private changing is available in the gym or inside the house.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is free on-site parking in the driveway.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Monday – Friday: 9am-8pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days.
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-3pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days or for the entire weekend.
