HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?
Email, call or message Samson. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hrs before the prearranged session start time. There is a strict no refund policy.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
A thin top, a warm jumper, tracksuit bottoms and/or shorts and athletic footwear.
HOW LONG IS THE WORKOUT?
This depends on the programme you are on. Workout durations vary from between 60 mins – 75 mins.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BASIC PROGRAMME?
3X60 min workouts a week, personalised programmes, programme adjustments, pre-package 30 min consultation, supplement and health product discounts, nutritional guidance, customer service support.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SMART PROGRAMME?
The same as in the basic programme with the following extras: 1×60 min workout a week, 1×15 min check-in each week, comprehensive email, phone and text support, electrolytes, measurements and tracking.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SAVER PROGRAMME?
The same as in the basic programme with the following extras: 1 additional workout each week, 15 mins more training per workout, electrolytes, beta-alanine, creatine, whey protein.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GROUP TRAINING PACKAGE?
The same as basic with the following changes: 4X45 min workouts a week, beta-alanine, whey protein, 10 min weekly check-in.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FULL COOK?
Batch cooking over 50 portions of healthy starters, mains and or desserts, 20% off food shop, pre-cook 30 min consultation, kitchen cleaning, clear out and organisation, support and pre-cook prep, nutritional guidance, exercise knowledge, lifestyle tips, cooking secrets, tupperware portion control and labelling, 25% off second full cook, 10% off mini cook, post-cook 30 min consultation, 20% off personal training.
