WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS ARE THERE?
1: NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: sustainably lose fat and improve strength, endurance and flexibility with 1 weekly workout over 3-6 months.
2: BEACH BODY: lose 10+ lbs, improve posture and muscle tone and feel confident within 2-3 months.
3: POSTPARTUM RECOVERY: rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, boost energy levels, lose excess baby weight, improve posture, reduce muscle pain, restore confidence in your body again with 1-2 weekly workouts over 6-12 months.

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL IS REQUIRED?
All levels are welcome.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Athletic attire and clean shoes. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings are recommended rather than shorts, although shorts can be worn underneath. Shoes must be minimalist or trainers. A jumper or long sleeve t-shirt should be worn to every session especially in the winter, with an optional layer underneath.

Yes there is free on-site parking in the driveway.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Monday – Friday: 9am-8pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days.
Sunday: 10am-1pm. On occasion, the gym will be closed on one of these days or for the entire weekend.
