5. WHERE DOES TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

  • Training is available¬†in any appropriate space in London within zones 1 & 2.

6. WHEN CAN I TRAIN?

  • Subject to availability, please call for more information.

7. HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?

  • Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the prearranged session start time. There is a strict no refund policy.

8. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

  • A¬†thin top, a warm jumper, tracksuit bottoms and/or shorts and athletic footwear.

9. HOW LONG IS THE WORKOUT?

  • One hour. To maximise results, train four times a week.
