3. WHEN DO I PAY?

  • In advance of any session or package.

4. WHAT IS THE CHEAPEST OPTION?

  • The cheapest training option is 10 hours for £600. The cheapest nutrition option is a single course for £60. The cheapest service is a video call for £50.

5. WHERE DOES TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

  • One-to-one training and meal preparation are available in any appropriate space in London within zones 1 & 2.

6. WHEN CAN I TRAIN?

  • Subject to availability, please call for more information.

7. HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?

  • Cancellations must be made more than 24 hrs before the prearranged session start time. There is a strict no refund policy.

8. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

  • A thin top, a warm jumper, tracksuit bottoms and/or shorts and athletic footwear.

9. HOW LONG IS THE WORKOUT?

  • 30 mins-2 hrs.
