2. HOW DO I PAY?

  • You can pay in cash or through an online bank transfer.

3. WHEN DO I PAY?

  • Payment must be made in advance of any session or package.

4. WHAT IS THE CHEAPEST OPTION?

  • The most economical choice is the 20 session package in Belsize Park.

5. WHERE DOES TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

  • Training is available¬†in Belsize Park or in your home.

6. WHEN CAN I TRAIN?

  • Subject to availability, please call or text me for more information.

7. HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?

  • Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the prearranged session start time. There is a strict no refund policy.

8. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

  • A¬†thin top, a warm jumper, tracksuit bottoms and/or shorts, and a new, supportive pair of trainers.

9. HOW LONG IS THE WORKOUT?

  • The session will last for one hour. To maximise results, train four times a week.
