- Payment must be made in advance of any session or package.
- The most economical choice is the 20 session package in Belsize Park.
- Training is available in Belsize Park or in your home.
- Subject to availability, please call or text me for more information.
- Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the prearranged session start time. There is a strict no refund policy.
- A thin top, a warm jumper, tracksuit bottoms and/or shorts, and a new, supportive pair of trainers.
- The session will last for one hour. To maximise results, train four times a week.
